Uses:
Obesity, water retention, palpitations. Constipation dyspepsia, spasm. Nervous tension and stress-related conditions, anorexia. Bronchitis, chills, colds, flu. Gingivitis, disinfectant.
Blends Well with: Lavender, lemon, clary sage, myrrh and spicy oils such as nutmeg, cinnamon and clove.
Cautions: Use in moderation as it may irritate the skin, blend with lavender for longer term use. Slightly photosensitizing. Related essential oils from tangerine or mandarin make a milder safer choice for pregnant women and very young children.
