In this class, Carlee leads a celebration of the body, mind, and spirit. Specifically designed to address all the body’s key muscle groups, this hour-long series consists of a comprehensive set of hatha yoga postures followed by an extended guided meditation.
By focusing on proper alignment in each posture, Carlee guides the way towards greater strength, balance, and flexibility. This practice is suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
Carlee Cohen Barr, MA, RYT, has studied and practiced Integral and Anusara Yoga since 2000. She has owned her own studio, appeared on Canadian television, and now specializes in working with older bodies and children with autism. She splits her time teaching in Florida and North Carolina.
