Dan Furst’s new book Surfing Aquarius: How to Ace the Wave of Change has just been published by Weiser Books. Dan will be at The Crystal Garden to sign his book and talk about how to live bravely, creatively and intentionally in the Aquarian Age as we approach 2012. Dan has worked as an actor, singer, journalist, theatre and music producer, and ceremonial artist in New York, Hawaii, Japan, India, and Egypt. He has also been a professional astrologer for 34 years. His popular Universal Festival Calendar, published monthly since July, 1998 on his Hermes 3 website has made him one of the world’s most respected authorities on sacred timekeeping and the rhythm of planetary awakening in the years through and beyond 2012. He is the author of Dance of the Moon (Llewellyn, 2009). His new book Surfing Aquarius: How to Ace the Wave of Change was published by Weiser Books in Sept 2011, and he is now nearing the end of his Living Aquarian tour of 42 cities in the USA. He lives now in Pisac in the Sacred Valley near Cusco, Peru, and is at work on two new books: Finding Your Lines: the Astrocartography of Relationships and Double Harmony: The Sacred Music and Sound Science of Ancient Egypt.
